Guess what these ungrateful pieces of s-h-i-t do? They reject my application! This has made me lose trust in the company BIG TIME.
After all these years of selfless service to the community and free marketing for Magix, I finally decide to come around and ask to become an official Magix affiliate.
I'm responsible for driving thousands of Magix sales specifically that of Vegas Pro which are easily worth millions of dollars. I'm a youtuber named "Pro Edits" who has been making Vegas Pro tutorials for the past 5+ years. Is this how you treat a customer who's been with you for 10 years? I have now decided to proceed with further action to recover my payment from these scammers. I have messaged again which they have read and ignored. I cannot email through their website as it says my "last registered product is too old" which makes no sense as it's their latest product downloaded just 24 hours ago and requires me to purchase an email support voucher for £9.99 (what a joke) so I messaged them through Facebook and got a r3tarded response as they clearly didn't read my message. Once I paid the fee and upgraded, I installed the program but the Vasco Da Gama and ProDAD Vitascene V3 are failing to install. I have been using Magix for 10 years and my recent video editor suddenly started playing back videos at 4 frames per second which made editing impossible so I was forced into upgrading the software. Magix, a brilliant company for taking your money for a product that doesn't work then ignoring your messages on Facebook. But now when I open MMJ, it gives me error code 80004005 and I can't figure out what that means. It would all be okay if only I could still use MMJ and then bring that over to Supreme for extra editing. I guess I get that and maybe I should've done a trial first, but if I get the refund, can't they just deactivate the software on my computer by using the serial code? Maybe I'm an idiot, but I really hate companies that don't do refunds on computer related products. So I looked into getting a refund, but according to their Terms and Conditions, if I used a downloaded version, I can't get a refund. It's not nearly as enjoyable to work with as MMJ. Why not get all the goodies, right? I downloaded it and started it up, but I absolutely HATE the layout. The "supreme edition" was on sale so I got that.
